Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 July 2026

These terms apply when you buy a review from Honest Feedback Time ("the service", "we", "I"), operated by Jason Griggs in Australia. Paying for a review means you accept them. They're written to be read, not skimmed past — they're short.

What you're buying

One written review of the app or SaaS idea you submit, covering: a verdict, market reality, build reality, positioning & pricing, and recommended next steps. The price is US$49.95, paid up front through Stripe. The review is delivered by email to the address you give in the submission form.

Turnaround

The target is delivery within 24 hours of your completed submission (payment plus the form). If something prevents that — volume, illness, a submission that needs clarifying — you'll be told by email. If the review hasn't been delivered within 72 hours and you'd rather not wait, ask and you'll be refunded in full.

Refunds

What the review is — and isn't

The review is a professional opinion, based on the information you provide and independent judgment formed from experience in SaaS marketing and software engineering. It is not legal, financial, investment, accounting, or tax advice, and it is not a guarantee of any outcome. Markets shift, execution varies, and honest people can be wrong: decisions about your product, and their consequences, remain yours.

Your idea stays yours

You keep all rights to your idea, your submission, and anything you build. By submitting, you give the service permission to use what you've provided — including fetching the content of a link you submit — solely to produce your review. Your submission is treated as confidential: not shared, published, resold, or used for anything except your review, as detailed in the privacy policy. The review itself is written for you; use it however you like.

What you promise

Submissions that are unlawful, or that request reviews of products designed to harm people, will be declined and refunded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service's total liability for any claim arising out of a review is capped at the amount you paid for it, and neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
